SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

You will receive your order in 6-10 business days to the ACS pick up point of your choice or to your Home or Work.

The shipping fee for ACS pick up point Delivery is free.

The shipping fee for Home or Work Delivery is 7.95 euro.

-You can request a refund by email.

-We accept returns in the first 15 working days after receiving your product.

-Returned items must be unused and with all original product tags attached, accessories and packaging.

-The Client must cover the Shipping cost for returns.

-If you would like a different size or color, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order. We don't offer exchanges.

-We aim to refund you within 10 days after receiving the returned item.

-We don't accept returns on beauty products.
